Change is not something to fight, control, or resist.
It is something we learn to move with.
Most suffering does not come from change itself,
but from holding on to what no longer fits.
This session is inspired by Chapter 12 of the Tao Te Ching — often misunderstood as a teaching on restraint, when it is really about inner clarity.
It invites us to let go of excess, noise, and distraction so that our inner vision can guide us forward.
Today:
Too much information overwhelms us
Too many choices paralyse us
Too much noise disconnects us from what we actually need
TV, social media, and marketing constantly tell us we are lacking —
that we should fear change unless it is the change they are selling.
Over time, this creates confusion, anxiety, and resistance — not because change is wrong, but because it is no longer ours.
So how do we return to peaceful balance?
How do we embrace change that comes from within, rather than change imposed from outside?
By learning to:
Simplify your choices
Refine your real needs
Reconnect to inner knowing — not ego, not fear, not the latest marketing scheme
When clarity returns, change becomes possible —
not through force, but through alignment.

"I have known Paul for a number of years. When I discovered that someone who had actually studied with one of the greatest Taichi teachers lived near me, I could hardly believe my luck. I have studied Oriental Martial Arts for over 60 years and finding the genuine teacher is very difficult. This is particularly true with Taichi where the majority of teachers have only a very superficial idea of their subject and think that simply learning the sequence of the forms qualifies them to teach. Having touched hand with Paul I can say he has a deep knowledge of his subject. He also makes a fine cup of tea.."

"We just finished the series of 5 master classes. I want to say what a fantastic experience! Paul and Branka shared their years of experience through theory and demonstrations. Easy to follow instructions. Inviting the participants with feedback throughout the classes ensured we understood the material. If you have the opportunity to spend time with this group you will not be dissapointed. The level of expertise and genuine interactions emitted will give participants life long effects."
